    In cities the wind is turbulent and constantly changing direction. It is also often weaker than in open landscapes. Traditional wind turbines are designed for steady high speed winds and large open areas which are rarely found in dense urban environments.

    FLOTIER turbines are engineered specifically for rooftops and buildings. They operate in lower wind speeds and handle turbulent airflow more effectively which makes them suitable for urban rooftops commercial buildings and dense city environments.
